In the event that a violation of these rules & regulations occurs, BIZU reserves the right to seek all remedies available by law & in equity.

Product variation from image on website
Please note that all BIZU Jewellery is lovingly hand-made to the highest possible standards, however due to the hand-made nature of our jewellery and the use of some natural semi-precious charms and gems (colours and patterns may vary from piece to piece) there may at times be slight variations from the product image on the website. We feel that this is what gives our jewellery a special unique quality and we hope you feel the same.
As all BIZU Jewellery are individually handcrafted and made to order, we do not accept returns. However, if there are any problems with a piece (ie. needs repair), we would be happy to help you out. Feel free to email us at email@example.com, with an explanation of your situation.
Return of faulty items
You have 14 days from your order invoice date to return your purchase if it is faulty. All items are quality checked but occasionally there may be a fault we’re unaware of. Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a fault. Jewellery items are delicate and should be handled with utmost care to preserve the life of the jewellery. Items breaking from mishandling are not considered a fault (i.e. dropping or bumping against hard surfaces). Please see Care Instructions on the website for further information on this.
Items will also not be replaced if tarnishing of the plating occurs as this is due to general wear and tear and exposure to perfumes, moisturizers and heat from the body over a certain period of time. BIZU advises purchasers of their duty of care for each piece as detailed on the care card included within each purchase.
To be eligible for a repair, exchange or refund of a faulty item please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following: – A photograph of the item with a description of the fault. – A “proof of purchase” being either the email confirmation from BIZU or bank statement. – BIZU will not be held responsible for goods that may be lost or damaged during return shipping so please ensure all items being returned are securely packaged. Any items not thoroughly packaged to avoid damage during transit will not be accepted, so please take care when posting. – You are responsible for all postage costs incurred to return an item. – For international returns we recommend that you label the package with ‘Returned Goods’ to ensure that the items do not attract possible customs duties and taxes once again.
The item will be assessed upon return for fault, BIZU will then repair, replace or refund the item. BIZU reserves the right to deny an exchange or credit if the faulty piece returned does not meet our return policy requirements and it is deemed that care instructions were not followed. Please note BIZU will only accept returns purchased directly from the BIZU website.
Custom and Sale Items
Please note the purchase of a customized order or sale item is final and cannot be returned / exchanged unless deemed faulty.
BIZU reserves the right to reject and/or cancel any custom orders that BIZU deems as offensive or contains any profanities or vulgarities.
Jewellery items are delicate, particularly items with textile or natural stone components, so please handle carefully. If dropped, stones and beads may break.
Unless otherwise noted, all of the findings (wires, chains, etc.), gems and charms used are plated. Plated jewellery is a thin layer of sterling silver or gold metal plated over a brass metal base, this means that it will tarnish (become a brown colour; wear out) over time. To minimize such effects, please;
– Avoid contact with cosmetics, perfumes, hairspray and long exposure to sunlight as this may cause and accelerate tarnishing and discolouration.
– Please avoid contact with water and remove all jewellery before showering, swimming or conducting household tasks such as cleaning.
– For all elastic bracelets, please refrain from stretching the bracelet to put it on and take it off, instead roll it over your hand.
– Metal components can be cleaned with a soft jewellery polishing cloth.
– Store jewellery in a clean and dry environment preferably in separate airlock containers, pouches or boxes.
Please note that BIZU may also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders in BIZU’s sole and absolute discretion whether or not your credit card has been charged,. This may due to various reasons such as insufficient stock, inability to authorise a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price .If your credit card has been charged and your order is cancelled, BIZU will issue you credit to the correct amount owed.
All products remain BIZU’s property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.
