Prices and Shipping costs

All items are shipped from Singapore and prices listed are in SGD.

Production & Processing Timing

After placing an online order, please allow 5-7 business days for production time as all BIZU items are made to order & handmade just for you. If you need your order urgently by a specific date please contact us and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

Orders will be processed Monday through Friday excluding public holidays. Most orders ship within 7-10 business days of purchase. Orders received on weekend days, holidays and after 1pm (SG Time) will begin processing the next business day. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not delivered on weekends or on public holidays.

 

Local Shipping

Registered Postage (2 – 3 business days)

– Flat rate of $4 for all orders below $60 (with tracking)

– Free registered postage (with tracking) on all orders above $60

 

Express Shipping (1 – 2 business days)

– Flat rate of $10 for all orders

International Shipping

– BIZU currently ships to most countries, at a flat rate of $10. Please note that BIZU reserves the right to cancel any order or item that does not qualify for flat rate overseas shipping.

– Free registered postage (with tracking) on all orders above $200

 

Please note that import tax might be incurred when the parcel reaches your local customs. Payment of import tax is to be made by consumers to their local customs.

Packaging

All items are will be delivered in an awesome BIZU dust bag, which can be used as a jewellery storage bag to protect your new pieces.

 

Lost or Damaged Items

After the piece has been handed to the courier, the responsibility of the piece is given to the buyer. BIZU is not responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail, as it is out of our power to control.

 

Refused Shipments

If a package is sent back to us by the Post due to the customer giving an incorrect address or any other reason, we will issue a refund for the items minus the shipping costs. If BIZU is charged by the Post for the cost of returning to the sender, we will deduct that amount from the refund. If the customer still wishes to receive the pieces, a new order must be placed through the site.

All Sale items and Customized jewelry are excluded from returns and refunds.
